About Us

Blameless provides fun times and ultimately happy memories for children who have been directly or indirectly affected by addiction or alcoholism.

Blameless is a family orientated organisation whose purpose is to raise awareness of the dangers of alcohol and drugs to educate or advance the education of Alcoholism or Addiction to young people and families.

We work with children and families that have been affected directly or indirectly with drug addiction or alcoholism.

We provide recreational activities and provide opportunities for children and families to escape from the pressure of their own life by providing fun in recovery.

We offer an annual program of events within the stadium at HAFC including fun days,  summer programs,  fireworks night and Christmas panto’s where all members of the family are invited. This also includes opportunities to attend home games of Hamilton Accies FC,  an SPL football team.

We have our own transport which allows us to take children and their families on excursions.

Blameless volunteers operate a small food parcel service for families who are in the early stages of their recovery to assist with every day essentials.

Over the course of the year families can register to take part in our residential trips away, allowing the families to engage in fun activities, family bonding and reconciliation.

Children have the opportunity to learn new skills, form new friendships and learn about their family’s addiction and how to assist in the recovery.
